At Hẻm, we serve authentic dishes just like you’d find in the bustling alleys of Saigon or Hanoi. From hearty, aromatic bowls of Phở and spicy Bún Riêu, to crispy Bánh Xèo, fresh spring rolls, and savory Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm – every dish is crafted with fresh herbs, lean proteins, and balanced ingredients that not only taste amazing but are also good for your body.

I’ve been craving authentic Phở and Bún Bò Huế for ages — and Hẻm totally delivered. The broth is rich, the herbs are fresh, and the flavors remind me of Saigon. Can’t wait to come back and try everything else!
